kde-runtime-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for KDE base runtime module, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-runtime-dbg
kde-runtime-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-runtime-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-runtime-dbg *
You will get with kde-runtime-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
